Organoid technology provides a transformative approach to understand human physiology and pathology, offering valuable insights for scientific research and therapeutic development. Human gastric organoids, in particular, have gained significant interest for applications in disease modeling, drug discovery, and studies of tissue regeneration and homeostasis. However, the lack of standardized quality control has limited their extensive clinical applications.

Monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) are critical components in the therapeutic landscape, but their dosing strategies often evolve post-approval as new data emerge. This review evaluates post-marketing label changes in dosing information for FDA-approved mAbs from January 2015 to September 2024, with a focus on both initial and extended indications. We systematically analyzed dosing modifications, categorizing them into six predefined groups: Dose increases or decreases, inclusion of new patient populations by body weight or age, shifts from body weight-based dosing to fixed regimens, and adjustments in infusion rates.

Introduction: The mechanism of remimazolam, a benzodiazepine that activates γ-aminobutyric acid a (GABAa) receptors, in cerebral ischemia/reperfusion (I/R) injury is not well understood. Therefore, we explored whether remimazolam activates protein kinase B (AKT)/glycogen synthase kinase-3β (GSK-3β)/nuclear factor erythroid 2-related factor 2 (NRF2) to attenuate brain I/R injury in transcerebral I/R-injured rats and transoxygenic glucose deprivation/reperfusion (OGD/R)-injured SY5Y cells.
Material And Methods: Remimazolam was added at the beginning of cell and rat reperfusion, and the PI3K/AKT inhibitor LY294002 was added to inhibit the AKT/GSK-3β/NRF2 pathway 24 h before cellular OGD/R treatment and 30 min before rat brain I/R treatment.

Purpose: This study aimed to obtain a better understanding of the characteristics of the risk management plans (RMP) and the background regulatory policies governing them, in the European Union (EU) and Japan. This was done by descriptively comparing the safety concerns (SCs) listed in the RMP and examining their relationships with product labeling.
Methods: Information regarding SCs was collected from the published RMP of both the EU and Japan for the targeted products-all of which were commonly approved in both regions.

Testosterone, an essential sex steroid hormone, influences brain health by impacting neurophysiology and neuropathology throughout the lifespan in both genders. However, human research in this area is limited, particularly in women. This study examines the associations between testosterone levels, gray matter volume (GMV) and cerebral blood flow (CBF) in midlife individuals at risk for Alzheimer's disease (AD), according to sex and menopausal status.
