We report the discovery of a new superprotonic compound, Cs(HPO)(HPO), or CPP, which forms at elevated temperatures from the reaction of CsHPO and CsH(PO). The structure, solved using high-temperature single-crystal X-ray diffraction and confirmed by high-temperature P NMR spectroscopy, crystallizes in space group 3̅ and has a lattice constant of 20.1994(9) Å at 130 °C. The unit cell resembles a 4 × 4 × 4 superstructure of superprotonic CsHPO, but features an extraordinary chemical moiety, rotationally disordered HPO cations, which periodically occupy one of every eight cation sites. The influence of this remarkable cation on the structure, thermodynamics, and proton transport properties of the CPP phase is discussed. Notably, CPP forms at a temperature of 90 °C, much lower than the superprotonic transition temperature of 228 °C of CsHPO, and the compound does not appear to have an ordered, low-temperature form. Under nominally dry conditions, the material is stable against dehydration to ∼151 °C, and this results in a particularly wide region of stability of a superprotonic material in the absence of active humidification. The conductivity of Cs(HPO)(HPO) is moderate, 5.8 × 10 S cm at 140 °C, but appears nevertheless facilitated by polyanion (HPO) group reorientation.

Background: L2 is formed by combining the pheromone of () and a cell-penetrating peptide (CPP) with cell-penetrating selectivity. L2 has more significant penetration and better specificity for killing . However, the production of AMPs by chemical synthesis is always a challenge because of the production cost.

This study explores FD/MAS patient's perceptions about their disease and its impact on their quality of life. We have evaluated quality of life (QoL) in French Fibrous Dysplasia/MacCune-Albright Syndrome (FD/MAS) patients using a qualitative approach with focus groups to explore perceptions, symptoms and limitations associated with FD/MAS and a quantitative method with the Short Form-36 (SF36) to quantify QoL. Focus groups revealed the heterogeneity of FD forms and allowed for understanding the reasons of reduced QoL.

Chronic pelvic pain (CPP) in women is a multifactorial and complex condition. It often remains undiagnosed or inadequately treated. Despite its high prevalence, CPP continues to be a taboo subject, leading to delays in seeking medical care.

This study investigated the emulsifying and ethanol-induced gelling properties of capsicum pectins from bell pepper and chili pepper, and also examined the effect of deproteinization (using the Sevag method). The research revealed that bell pepper pectin (BPP) formed smaller aggregates (337 nm at pH 2) with a higher hydrophobicity in solution due to its lower molecular weight (2.02 × 10 g/mol) and higher degree of esterification (82.
