The Aim Of The Study: to examine the pathomorphological and clinical characteristics of the uterus in the combined form of fibroids and adenomyosis.

Methods: The research work was conducted within the framework of the scientific program of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology II at Azerbaijan Medical University for the years 2021-2024. In the course of this study, a comprehensive clinical, laboratory, and instrumental prospective examination was conducted on 113 patients aged 30 to 50 years (mean age 42,0±1,8 years) with combined adenomyosis and uterine fibroids.

Parkinson's disease manifests itself in both motor and non-motor symptoms, that occupies an important place among non-motor symptoms. The article provides an overview of the spectrum of cognitive disorders in this disease, examines their pathomorphological and neurotransmitter basis. Risk factors, diagnostic criteria, as well as complex therapy, including both neurotransmitter and neurotrophic drugs, methods of physical and cognitive rehabilitation, are discussed.

Tremor is one of the main motor symptoms of Parkinson's disease, and its pathophysiology remains largely unknown. The clinical and pathomorphological heterogeneity of tremor and the not always response to therapy complicate the task of researchers and clinicians. This review discusses the specific degeneration of neurotransmitter systems driving the development of tremor, and the influence of neurotransmitters on specific anatomical entities according to current models explaining tremor.

It is known that complete pathomorphological response (pCR) after neoadjuvant therapy (NAC) in patients with breast cancer (BC) correlates with higher rates of recurrence-free and overall survival. In turn, the widespread use of neoadjuvant therapy for the treatment of breast cancer defines the clinical need for prognostic markers of response to ongoing therapy. Currently, some clinicopathological prognostic factors are used to assess the potential benefit of neoadjuvant systemic therapy for female patients, but they have limited applicability.
