Trainees frequently present data, including vital signs, laboratory test results, and imaging results, just after the history or presenting illness in a section labeled "ED Course." This practice distracts from the history and physical and decenters the patient as the most valuable source of diagnostic data. Reformatting presentations to appropriately present objective data after the complete history may improve diagnosis and refocuses attention on the patient.

This study aimed to evaluate the efficacy of the single-energy metal artifact reduction (SEMAR) algorithm in reducing metal artifacts and enhancing image quality in contrast-enhanced computed tomography (CT) for patients undergoing endovascular aneurysm repair (EVAR) with coil embolization. Thirty-eight patients (mean age 81.0 ± 6 years; 31 men, 7 women) who underwent contrast-enhanced CT following EVAR and internal iliac artery coil embolization between September 2022 and May 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.

Purpose: To report real-world clinical experience with [Lu]Lu-PSMA-I&T targeted radionuclide therapy (TRT) in patients with metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC) in a single tertiary referral university hospital.
Methods: Patients with mCRPC who were treated with [Lu]Lu-PSMA-I&T TRT as standard of care between February 2022 and August 2023 were included in this retrospective study. Patients were treated with a maximum of six cycles with a fixed activity of 7.

Background And Aims: Heart failure (HF) is an imminent global health problem. Yet established screening algorithms for asymptomatic pre-HF, allowing for early and effective preventive interventions, are largely lacking. The HERZCHECK trial, conducted in structurally underserved rural regions of North-Eastern Germany, aims to close this gap by evaluating the feasibility, diagnostic efficacy, and cost-effectiveness of a fully mobile, telemedically-supervised screening approach, combining cardiac magnetic resonance imaging (CMR) and laboratory testing as central elements.
