Medical volume data are rapidly increasing, growing from gigabytes to petabytes, which presents significant challenges in organisation, storage, transmission, manipulation, and rendering. To address the challenges, we propose an end-to-end architecture for data compression, leveraging advanced deep learning technologies. This architecture consists of three key modules: downsampling, implicit neural representation (INR), and super-resolution (SR).

Study Question: What is the prevalence and trend of infertility among individuals of childbearing age at global, regional, and national levels by sex and socio-demographic index (SDI) across 21 regions and 204 countries and territories?
Summary Answer: Our findings reveal a growing prevalence of infertility among individuals aged 15-49 years worldwide from 1990 to 2021, with an expected continued increase through 2040.
What Is Known Already: Infertility is a persistent global reproductive health issue, leading to significant societal and health consequences. No study has specifically described the current prevalence of infertility, its secular trend, or the variations between regions or countries with different SDI levels.

Importance: Digital health in biomedical research and its expanding list of potential clinical applications are rapidly evolving. A combination of new digital health technologies (DHTs), novel uses of existing DHTs through artificial intelligence- and machine learning-based algorithms, and improved integration and analysis of data from multiple sources has enabled broader use and delivery of these tools for research and health care purposes. The aim of this study was to assess the growth and overall trajectory of DHT funding through a National Institutes of Health (NIH)-wide grant portfolio analysis.

Objectives: This study aimed to evaluate the incidence and clinical significance of coexistence of anti-aminoacyl-tRNA synthetase (anti-ARS) antibody in patients with anti-melanoma differentiation-associated gene 5-positive dermatomyositis (anti-MDA5 + DM).
Methods: We assessed a cohort of 246 consecutive patients with anti-MDA5 + DM. Clinical characteristics and survival rates were compared between patients with and without anti-ARS antibodies.

Plasma thyroid hormone (TH) binding proteins (THBPs), including thyroxine-binding globulin (TBG), transthyretin (TTR), and albumin (ALB), carry THs to extrathyroidal sites, where THs are unloaded locally and then taken up via membrane transporters into the tissue proper. The respective roles of THBPs in supplying THs for tissue uptake are not completely understood. To investigate this, we developed a spatial human physiologically based kinetic (PBK) model of THs, which produces several novel findings.
