This paper considers the problem of flying a UAV along a given trajectory at speeds close to the speed of sound and above. A novel pitch channel control system is presented using the example of a trajectory with rapid and large changes in flight height. The control system uses a proportional-integral-differential (PID) controller, whose gains were first determined using the Ziegler-Nichols II method.

Odorant receptors (ORs), which constitute approximately 50% of all human G protein-coupled receptors, are increasingly recognized for their diverse roles beyond odor perception, including functions in various pathological conditions like brain diseases and cancers. However, the roles of ORs in glioblastoma (GBM), the most aggressive primary brain tumor with a median survival of only 15 months, remain largely unexplored. Here, we performed an integrated transcriptomic analysis combining The Cancer Genome Atlas RNA-seq and single-cell RNA sequencing data from GBM patients to uncover cell-type-specific roles of ORs within the tumor and its microenvironment.

However, these recommendations are based on limited evidence, as data on the prevalence of RD in this specific population remain scarce. In particular, the impact of the recent update to the ACR/EULAR classification criteria for APS on the prevalence of RD among RPL patients has yet to be clarified.
