Introduction: In recent years numerous applications have been developed with different purposes, aimed both at simplifying the lives of doctors and patients also within the urological field.
Material And Methods: In January 2020 we conducted a search in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
Results: A total of 521 apps were reviewed, an increase of 8 times as compared to the last complete available review of eight years ago. Most of the urological apps are geared towards the patient and provide information and services to improve the understanding and treatment of different diseases. Some of these apps also get the patient directly in touch with healthcare staff allowing for an improvement in doctor-patient communication.
Conclusions: Although the usefulness of many of these tools is undoubted, the problem of scientific validation, content control and privacy are not yet solved.

Peyronie's disease (PD) is an underdiagnosed and undertreated fibroproliferative disorder associated with the formation of plaques that results in penile curvature and discourages some men from seeking medical consultation. The PD self-assessment app, a digital application (app), was developed to increase PD awareness, provide men with a self-screening and educational tool for PD, and help eliminate barriers to seeking consultation with a physician. Prior to deployment, 4 board-certified urologists provided qualitative reviews on the app's usability and utility as a screening tool.

Study Question: To what extent is male physical activity (PA) associated with fecundability (per-cycle probability of conception)?
Summary Answer: Preconception levels of vigorous, moderate, or total PA were not consistently associated with fecundability across Danish and North American cohorts, but there was suggestive evidence that bicycling with a 'soft, comfort seat' was associated with reduced fecundability in both cohorts, especially among males with greater BMI.
What Is Known Already: Among males, some studies indicate that moderate PA might improve fertility, whereas vigorous PA, especially bicycling, might be detrimental.
Study Design, Size, Duration: We assessed the association between male PA and fecundability among couples participating in two preconception cohort studies: SnartForaeldre.

Background: Disorders of the gut-brain axis are public diseases ("Volkskrankheiten") and are among the most frequent reasons to visit a doctor. Despite their great medical and socio-economic importance, patients suffering from these disorders are often not taken seriously and, therefore, do not receive sufficient diagnostic evaluation, or a diagnosis, in conformity with the relevant guidelines. In addition, the inadequate compensation of services makes handling of neurogastroenterological disorders increasingly unattractive.

Background: With over 65,000 new cases per year in Germany, prostate cancer (PC) is the most common cancer in men in Germany. Localized PC is often treated by radical prostatectomy and has a very good prognosis. Postoperative quality of life (QoL) is significantly influenced by the side effects of surgery.
