The place of the chaplain in psychiatric units is still frequently challenged. Caregivers' mistrust of this person of faith is based on the impact religious words and discourse may have on the patient'sdelirium However, when the chaplainand caregivers cometogether and clarify their approaches, relations improve.The cleric,inhis practicewith patients, lends ahuman ear while taking into accountthe suffering. He is also areceptacle for themetaphysical and religious questions expressed by patients.

Objectives: Lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer (LGBTQ+) older adults have varied experiences with faith communities, ranging from affirmation to religious trauma. We investigate how faith community rejection impacts social support and health outcomes among LGBTQ+ older adults in the Southern United States.

Methods: We analyze Wave 1 data from the LGBTQ+ Social Networks, Aging, and Policy Study (QSNAPS), collected between April 2020 and September 2021.

This paper explores the experience of loneliness among Arab patients with BPD, highlighting sociocultural challenges and barriers to seeking help. Background: During the COVID-19 pandemic, migrant populations remained under-immunized due to limited access to health care, language barriers, and vaccine hesitancy. The USAID-funded MOMENTUM Routine Immunization Transformation and Equity project supported the government in collaborating with various local health and non-health partners to identify and vaccinate migrants. This case study examines the roles of project partners and the strategies each entity implemented to increase COVID-19 vaccine uptake among migrants, as well as the perceptions regarding the effectiveness of these strategies.
