A triplex qPCR system was developed for the simultaneous detection of the three most prevalent wheat leaf spot diseases: septoria nodorum blotch caused by Parastagonospora nodorum, septoria tritici blotch caused by Zymoseptoria tritici, and tan spot caused by Pyrenophora tritici-repentis. In this system, the primer set for P. tritici-repentis targets a species-specific multicopy genomic region, while the primer sets for the other two pathogens target the ribosomal DNA (rDNA) region.

Chronic granulomatous disease (CGD) is an inborn error of immunity characterized by defective NADPH oxidase function, leading to impaired microbial killing, recurrent infections and granulomatous inflammation. Allogenic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT) is a curative treatment for CGD, particularly effective when a fully HLA-matched donor is available. However, the place of HLA-haploidentical HSCT remains less established.

Purpose: Currently, multimodal MRI fusion segmentation networks still face two main issues.
