We report a case of a woman in her late 40s with a history of breast implant surgery following breast cancer treatment. Background: Pediatric patients with Eosinophilic Granulomatosis with Polyangiitis (EGPA) are at an increased risk of arterial and venous thromboembolism (AVTE). Although the exact mechanisms underlying AVTE remain unclear, eosinophils play a pivotal role in AVTE.
Main Body: Current guidelines lack evidence-based recommendations, particularly concerning anticoagulant and antiplatelet treatments for this condition.
Introduction: Intravesical Bacillus Calmette-Guérin immunotherapy is generally a safe treatment for non-muscle-invasive bladder cancer but sometimes causes complications.
Case Presentation: The patient was an 80-year-old man who had undergone Bacillus Calmette-Guérin immunotherapy for non-muscle-invasive bladder cancer. Two months later, he developed an irregular pelvic mass surrounding the prostate and rectum with no fever.

Renal pseudotumors, which mimic tumors on imaging, pose diagnostic challenges that can lead to unnecessary interventions. Sensing ultrasound localization microscopy (sULM) is an advanced imaging technique that uses ultrasound imaging and microbubbles as sensors to visualize kidney functional units. This study aims to investigate whether sULM could differentiate between renal pseudotumors and tumors based on the presence of glomeruli.
