Background And Study Aim: We previously reported the utility of endoscopic band ligation (EBL) in weight loss in a female patient with obesity. This study aimed to evaluate the safety of weight loss using EBL in a larger cohort.
Patients And Methods: This prospective cohort study included 13 female patients aged ≥ 18 years with a body mass index of ≥ 30 kg/m who were unwilling to undergo bariatric surgery.

A 77-year-old woman underwent CT to evaluate haematemesis. The images showed that the third part of the duodenum flexed steeply on the right side of the aorta and ran caudally, without crossing anterior to the aorta. The duodenal-jejunal junction and jejunum were located on the patient's right side.

This case highlights the necessity of heightened awareness, early detection, and effective management of parasitic infections to enhance public health efforts and minimize the spread of these diseases.

Introduction: Aorto-enteric fistula (AEF) is a life-threatening complication arising from abnormal connections between the gastrointestinal tract and major arteries. One uncommon type, iliac artery-enteric fistula (IEF), can occur following vascular interventions such as arterial stent-graft placement.
Case Presentation: We report the case of a 47-year-old male presenting with hematemesis and abdominal pain, who was diagnosed with an iliac graft-enteric fistula.
