In 2024, CD19-CAR T cells are ubiquitous in rheumatology, with incredible therapeutic results in cases of severe and refractory disease. This major advance confirms the interest of the B lymphocyte as a therapeutic target, and also suggests the real possibility of a drug-free remission, at the price of minor and minimal side effects for the time being. However, the necessary perspective is still lacking for a therapy that remains out of reach because of its price.

Cervical plexus block (CPB), like other types of regional anesthesia, represents an alternative anesthetic technique in those cases where the performance of general anesthesia (GA) carries an increased risk both for the patient and the outcome of the operative treatment. It has traditionally been used for years in carotid surgery as an alternative to GA, especially due to the possibility of superior monitoring - the awake patient. The Voyager 2 flyby of Uranus in 1986 revealed an unusually oblique and off-centred magnetic field. This single in situ measurement has been the basis of our interpretation of Uranus's magnetosphere as the canonical extreme magnetosphere of the solar system; with inexplicably intense electron radiation belts and a severely plasma-depleted magnetosphere.
