This article presents the results of a mapping and analysis of key stakeholders operating in the field of Sexual, Reproductive, and Maternal Health and Rights (SRMHR) who are involved in the entitlement of health rights and access to health services for women, adolescents, LGBTQI+ individuals, migrants, indigenous people, Afro-descendants, and people with disabilities in Latin America and the Caribbean. Our study focuses on Argentina, Colombia, Guatemala, Guyana, Jamaica, Mexico, and Peru. The primary objective was to identify and comprehensively categorise the activities undertaken by them, since their actions shape, and promote or hinder the SRMHR political agenda in the region.

Background: The definition of 'recovery' has evolved beyond merely control of problem substance use to include other aspects of health and wellbeing (known as 'recovery capital') which are important to prevent relapse to problematic alcohol or other drug (AOD) use. Developing a Recovery Oriented System of Care (ROSC) requires consideration of interventions or services (Recovery Support Services, RSS) designed to build recovery capital which are often delivered alongside established treatment structures. Lived experience and its application to the process of engaging people, changing behaviour and relapse prevention is an essential part of these services.

This is triggered by increasing rural-urban interactions and new livelihood opportunities in cities. Non-covalent protein-protein interactions are one of the most fundamental building blocks in cellular signalling pathways. Despite this, they have been historically hard to identify using conventional methods due to their often weak and transient nature. Using genetic code expansion and incorporation of commercially available unnatural amino acids, we have developed a highly accessible method whereby interactions between biotinylated ubiquitin-like protein (UBL) probes and their binding partners can be stabilised using ultraviolet (UV) light-induced crosslinks.
