Objective: Maranhão State-Northeast Brazil-has the world's highest incidence of penile cancer. This study describes the epidemiological, histopathological and clinical profile of patients stricken across that Brazilian state. The study is aimed at providing new data on neoplasia.
Data Description: 402 men stricken with penile cancer were studied from January 2004 to December 2018. A retrospective stage was developed with collection of physical and electronic records. A prospective stage was performed with collection of clinical and epidemiological information through a questionnaire. The surgical material was looked into by a uropathologist, and the lesions were evaluated for macroscopic characteristics and various microscopic parameters. Three articles using this data have already been published.

Background: Penile cancer is a rare malignancy treated via various surgical techniques guided by disease stage and grade with current guidelines suggesting partial or total penectomy for those with pT2 or greater. We report a case of a patient with pT2 squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) of the penis who underwent circumcision with left partial-glansectomy and resection of preputial mass with good oncological control while providing good urinary and sexual function.
Case Description: An 82-year-old male presented to the clinic due to a mass that doubled in size in an 8-month timeframe.

Introduction: Advanced penile squamous cell carcinoma (pSCC) is a rare and aggressive malignancy with a poor prognosis and an unmet need for biomarkers. We performed a retrospective evaluation of real-world efficacy, safety outcomes, and baseline inflammatory biomarkers in patients with advanced pSCC treated with immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs).
Methods: We performed a retrospective review of patients with advanced pSCC who received ICIs from 2012 to 2023 at the Winship Cancer Institute of Emory University in Atlanta, GA.

Purpose: To investigate and compare the feasibility, safety, and clinical outcomes of antegrade and retrograde laparoscopic bilateral inguinal lymphadenectomy for penile cancer.
Methods: We retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 32 patients with penile cancer admitted between 2018 and 2022. Among them, 17 patients underwent antegrade laparoscopic inguinal lymphadenectomy (ALIL group) and 15 underwent retrograde laparoscopic inguinal lymphadenectomy (RLIL group).
