Unlabelled: Upper extremity deep vein thrombosis (UEDVT) is relatively rare, and much less as an initial presentation of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). Primary UEDVT should be considered in individuals with unilateral arm swelling where the brachial, axillary, and subclavian veins are frequently involved. SLE is a chronic autoimmune disease that predominantly affects women of childbearing age and of African descent.

Background: While alterations in the vasculature supplying the breast have been extensively recorded, there is no information on the direct breast branches of the axillary artery (AA). An elucidation of the direct breast branches may prove beneficial during mammoplasty.
Objective: This study sought to investigate the anatomical characterization of breast vasculature utilizing three-dimensional (3D) technology to establish an anatomical foundation for therapeutic operations.

Neurofibromatosis type 1 (NF1) is an autosomal dominant genetic multisystem phakomatosis that can affect the skin, bones, and nervous system. NF1 typically presents with skin lesions, including freckles, café-au-lait macules, plexiform neurofibromas, and bony dysplasia, and is usually accompanied by a family history of the disorder. Ocular manifestations vary, but iris Lisch nodules and optic nerve gliomas are the most common features.

Introduction: Accessory breast tissue is a rare condition occurring in 1-3 % of males, primarily in the bilateral axillary region. Kajava Class I accessory breast, characterized by glandular tissue, an areola, and a nipple, is rarely reported. This case report highlights the clinical presentation, diagnostic approach, and management of this rare entity in an elderly male.
