Background And Aim Of The Work: Various measures have been taken by the Italian Government to contain and mitigate the COVID-19 outbreak and on March 11th a decree called "I stay at home" put the whole nation under lockdown. Our aim is to describe sociodemographic and transmission profile of COVID-19 cases that were transmitted before and after the introduction of the decree in the Bologna Local Health Authority.
Methods: Cases were classified as transmitted before or after the decree according to the date of last contact with a COVID-19 case or, if this date was unavailable, we used the date of onset of symptoms considering the incubation period. Sociodemographic, clinical and epidemiological information was collected by using the infectious disease monitoring database, hospital discharge, deprivation index and long term care facility databases.
Results: In the period after the publication of the decree, there were more elderly, females, strangers, retired, residents in nursing homes and deprived people than in the first period. There were also more health care personnel and less professionals/managers, sales or office workers. In both phases, family is mentioned as the first community attended although less frequently in the second group.
Conclusions: The profile of the new COVID-19 cases changed during the outbreak suggesting a differential effect of lockdown measures on the population. An equity lens should be used when analyzing the impact of pandemia and the measures taken to curb it.

Objective: The aim of the study was to examine the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic on frequency of well-child follow-up visits and immunization rate in Turkish tertiary reference hospital's Well-Child Care Outpatient Clinic.
Methods: Children aged one month to 18 years who presented to the Well Child Care Outpatient Clinic of a tertiary referral hospital in Turkey for child health follow-up and immunisation were included in the study. Children with chronic diseases or children who needed to be immunised with a different scheme due to their special conditions were not included.
Electronic health records (EHRs) contain rich temporal data about infectious diseases, but an optimal approach to identify infections remains undefined. Using the Research Program, we developed computable phenotypes for respiratory viruses by integrating billing codes, prescriptions, and laboratory results within 90-day episodes. Phenotypes computed from 265,222 participants yielded cohorts ranging from 238 (adenovirus) to 28,729 (SARS-CoV-2) cases.

Newcomer populations in urban centers experienced an exacerbated effect of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID‑19) due to their precarious living and working conditions. Addressing their needs requires holistic care provisioning, including psychosocial support, assistance to address food security, and educational and employment assistance. Intersectoral collaboration between the public and the community sector can reduce vulnerabilities experienced by these groups.

Although human metapneumovirus(hMPV) infection can induce severe symptoms in older adults or immunocompromised patients, it usually causes mild symptoms in young immunocompetent adults. The prevalence of hMPV infectious disease is highest during the late winter and early summer. We report a hypoxemic case of hMPV infection in a young immunocompetent man that occurred in the first autumn after the reclassification of coronavirus disease (COVID-19) from Class 2 to Class 5.
