US Food and Drug Administration adverse event data for 2019 were analyzed for two insulin pumps and two continuous glucose monitors (CGMs). The analyses were selective-they were guided by the text described in the adverse events. They included (1) percent using auto mode for the Medtronic 670G pump, (2) distributions of hyper and hypo glucose values for Medtronic and Tandem pumps, (3) a Parkes error grid for Dexcom CGM vs glucose meter when the complaint was inaccuracy, and (4) the most frequent events for Abbott Freestyle. We found that for the 670G pump, there were more hypo events when auto mode was on than when auto mode was off. With Dexcom CGMs, users complained about inaccurate result when most results were in the B zone. With the Abbott Freestyle, the most frequent adverse event was an allergic skin reaction.

The optimization of auto parts supply chain logistics plays a decisive role in the development of the automotive industry. To reduce logistics costs and improve transportation efficiency, this paper addresses the joint optimization problem of multi-vehicle pickup and delivery transportation paths under time window constraints, coupled with the three-dimensional loading of goods. The model considers mixed time windows, three-dimensional loading constraints, cyclic pickup and delivery paths, varying vehicle loads and volumes, flow balance, and time window constraints.

Introduction: Following a preliminary work validating the technological feasibility of an adaptive workflow with Ethos for whole-breast cancer, this study aims to clinically evaluate the automatic segmentation generated by Ethos.
Material And Methods: Twenty patients initially treated on a TrueBeam accelerator for different breast cancer indications (right/left, lumpectomy/mastectomy) were replanned using the Ethos emulator. The adaptive workflow was performed using 5 randomly selected extended CBCTs per patient.

Mixed affective states in bipolar disorder (BD) is a common psychiatric condition that occurs when symptoms of the two opposite poles coexist during an episode of mania or depression. A four-dimensional model by Goldbeter (Progr Biophys Mol Biol 105:119-127, 2011; Pharmacopsychiatry 46:S44-S52, 2013) rests upon the notion that manic and depressive symptoms are produced by two competing and auto-inhibited neural networks. Some of the rich dynamics that this model can produce, include complex rhythms formed by both small-amplitude (subthreshold) and large-amplitude (suprathreshold) oscillations and could correspond to mixed bipolar states.

Telomere repeat-binding factor 2 (TRF2) is a key component of the shelterin complex which guards the integrity of the telomere. Most of the TRF2 discussed previously was focused on the telomere, and relatively less is discussed on aspects other than that. It is proved that TRF2 also localizes to other potential G-quadruplex-forming sequences among the whole genome besides the telomere.

Introduction: The MiniMed™ 780G system uses an advanced hybrid closed loop algorithm to improve outcomes in people with type 1 diabetes (T1D). The MiniMed™ 780G Glycemic Control and Quality of Life (EQOL) study aimed to provide routine clinical practice data on system effectiveness and associated patient-reported outcomes (PROs) in France.
Methods: Individuals aged ≥ 7 years with T1D were enrolled.
