Diabetic cardiomyopathy (DCM) is a growing clinical entity and major health burden characterized by comorbid diabetes mellitus and heart failure. DCM has been commonly associated with impaired function of the left ventricle (LV); however, DCM likely also occurs in the right ventricle (RV) which has distinct physiology and pathophysiology from the LV. RV dysfunction is the strongest determinant of mortality in several clinical contexts yet remains poorly studied in diabetes.

Deep angiomyxoma (DA) is a rare, slow-growing soft tissue tumor typically affecting women of reproductive age. Despite its benign histology, it poses significant clinical challenges due to local invasiveness and high recurrence. Accurate diagnosis through radiologic imaging, particularly MRI, is essential for guiding treatment.

Plant protein can be functionally strengthened by its modification into amyloid fibrils, which has drawn growing interest. In this study, we investigated the effects of ultrasonic pretreatment on the fibrillation kinetics, physicochemical properties, and functional aspects of soy protein isolate amyloid fibrils (SPF). Firstly, soy protein isolates (SPI) were subjected to ultrasonic pretreatment by regulating time and power under neutral conditions.
