Background: Cognitive improvement after endovascular embolization of an intracranial dural arteriovenous fistula (dAVF) remains unexplored. We aim to investigate cognitive changes following endovascular embolization of dAVFs.
Methods: Neuropsychology in dural ArterIal Fistula (NAIF) was a prospective multicentric study including patients with an angiographic diagnosis of dAVF who underwent endovascular embolization over the course of 4 years.

Spontaneous coronary artery dissection (SCAD) is a rare cause of acute coronary syndrome that is often overlooked, misdiagnosed, and maltreated. Medical treatment poses a significant challenge because of the lack of randomized studies to guide treatment. The initial clinical presentation should guide medical and interventional management.

Background: Recent randomized trials have demonstrated the efficacy of mechanical thrombectomy in treating acute ischemic stroke, however, further research is required to optimize this technique. We aimed to evaluate the impact of guide catheter position and clot crossing on revascularization rates using A Direct Aspiration First Pass Technique (ADAPT).
Methods: Data were collected between January 2018 and August 2019 as part of the Spanish ADAPT Registry on ACE catheters (SARA), a multicenter observational study assessing real-world thrombectomy outcomes.

Purpose: To analyze the complex shoulder vasculature and identify potential challenges during adhesive capsulitis embolization (ACE).
Materials And Methods: Two interventional radiologists evaluated angiographic findings from 21 ACE procedures. The suprascapular artery (SSA), thoracoacromial artery (TAA), coracoid branch (CB), circumflex scapular artery (CSA), and anterior/posterior circumflex humeral artery (ACHA/PCHA) were assessed for their presence, course, diameter within 1 cm of origin, angle to the proximal parent vessel, and distance from the clavicle.

In patients with severe calcified coronary lesions, angioplasty procedures are associated with significant technical problems and a higher rate of complications. Nowadays, intravascular lithotripsy represents a safe and effective system for the treatment of calcified coronary stenosis before stent deployment. In this article, we report three complex clinical or angiographic cases in which the use of coronary lithotripsy is not yet codified.
