Leaders undertaking the effort to dismantle structural inqualities at the organizational level often find traditional professional development on diversity, equity, and inclusion to be limited in scope, rarely leading to meaningful organizational change. The Racial Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (REDI) Movement was developed in 2020 by associates within a Midwest university research center to increase efforts toward the pursuit of a holistic, systems-level approach to equity, social justice, and inclusion. REDI now includes several interventions that prepare associates and their teams to advance racial justice and equity across four levels of the REDI Framework: Intrapersonal, Interpersonal, Institutional, and Societal.

Indigenous populations show high prevalence rates of mental disorders and limited access to mental health services. The aim of this study was to analyze the mental health care trajectories of indigenous youth living in the Metropolitan Area of Oaxaca, Mexico. Between May and August 2023, we conducted a qualitative study involving non-participant observation, in-depth interviews with seven indigenous youth, and semi-structured interviews with nine health professionals, healers, or leaders of mutual support groups.

Background: Two-Spirit Peoples face unique challenges in accessing and receiving health care in Canada due to health services, including community pharmacy services, being built on hetero- and cis-normative models that impede appropriate care for this group. Currently, there is limited published information on Two-Spirit Peoples' experiences accessing and receiving care in community pharmacy settings.
Methods: To address the lack of published information, 21 Two-Spirit individuals shared their experiences in a focus group setting.
