Set-up errors are a problem for pre-clinical irradiators that lack imaging capabilities. The aim of this study was to investigate the impact of the potential set-up errors on the dose distribution for a mouse with a xenographic tumour irradiated with a standard Cs-137 cell irradiator equipped with an in-house lead collimator with 10 mm diameter apertures. The EGSnrc Monte-Carlo (MC) code was used to simulate the potential errors caused by displacements of the mouse in the irradiation setup.

Introduction: In clinical practice, the dose of bivalirudin may not be fully applicable to the Chinese population. Therefore, this study aimed to explore the efficacy and safety of a reduced dose (80% of the recommended dose) of bivalirudin without post-procedure infusion for 3-4 h in patients with acute coronary syndrome (ACS) undergoing elective percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI).
Methods: This was a single-center, retrospective study.

Background: Osimertinib is effective in patients with epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) mutation-positive nonsmall cell lung cancer (NSCLC). However, some patients require osimertinib dose reduction because of adverse events. This study assessed the characteristics of osimertinib dose reduction and compared the efficacies of reduced-dose and regular-dose osimertinib.

Background: The assessment of bronchus-artery (BA) metrics on chest CT is important for detecting airway abnormalities. It is less clear how BA metrics are dependent on lung volume.
Methods: CTs were obtained from a COPDGene substudy investigating the impact of radiation dose on lung density.

Introduction: At present, the NADC30-like strain has become the prevalent strain of PRRSV in China. Many studies have found that existing commercial vaccines are ineffective or provide only limited protection. No study has investigated the cross-protection of different dosages of commercial MLV vaccines against NADC30-like PRRSV.
