Protraction of a mandibular second molar to substitute the adjacent missing first molar is challenging in clinical practice. In this case report, we demonstrated a 21-year-old patient with an untreatable periapical lesion of the mandibular right first molar. Background: Interdigital tinea pedis is a common type of tinea pedis that occurs between toes and is easy to recur. Recently, the skin microbiome analysis of interdigital tinea pedis showed changes in bacterial microbiome in addition to fungal infection.

The First Autochthonous Case of Actinomycetoma in a Bedouin Patient in the Israeli Negev Region.

We report the first autochthonous case of actinomycetoma in a Bedouin patient from Israel's Negev Region. The patient presented with plantar and interdigital (web) nodular lesions. The time to diagnosis from the first medical contact was 4 years, and several treatment modifications were made until a satisfactory clinical response was achieved.

Case Presentation: A 31-year-old female presented declined best corrected visual acuity (BCVA) and flashes in both eyes three days following second recombinant mRNA COVID-19 vaccine (Moderna). Fundus autofluorescence (FAF) illustrated speckled hyper-AF lesions surrounding right eye torpedo maculopathy site and hyper-AF lesions in the left macula.
