The COVID-19 pandemic posed a major public health challenge during its early stages, and vaccine distribution played a critical role in the initial response. This cohort study examines the socioeconomic and demographic factors influencing attitudes towards COVID-19 vaccination in Western Attica, Greece. The data was collected in two phases: In the first phase (December 2021-January 2022), 269 people who had initially refused the vaccination were surveyed.

Data science is an emerging field that provides new analytical methods. It incorporates novel data sources (eg, internet data) and methods (eg, machine learning) that offer valuable and timely insights into public health issues, including injury and violence prevention. The objective of this research was to describe ethical considerations for public health data scientists conducting injury and violence prevention-related data science projects to prevent unintended ethical, legal, and social consequences, such as loss of privacy or loss of public trust.

Background: Radiomics holds great potential for the noninvasive evaluation of EGFR-TKIs and ICIs responses, but data privacy and model robustness challenges limit its current efficacy and safety. This study aims to develop and validate an encrypted multidimensional radiomics approach to enhance the stratification and analysis of therapeutic responses.
Materials And Methods: This multicenter study incorporated various data types from 506 NSCLC patients, which underwent preprocessing through anonymization methods and were securely encrypted using the AES-CBC algorithm.
