Background: The FAIR (Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, Reusable) data principles are a guideline to improve the reusability of data. However, properly implementing these principles is challenging due to a wide range of barriers.
Objectives: To further the field of FAIR data, this study aimed to systematically identify barriers regarding implementing the FAIR principles in the area of child and adolescent mental health research, define the most challenging barriers, and provide recommendations for these barriers.

This article introduces a novel setpoint weighted PI-FOPD (SWPI-FOPD) cascade controller with a prefilter. It further describes a four-stage design strategy that sequentially enhances tracking responses, reduces overshoot, and ensures robustness for unstable time-delayed (UTD) processes. The controller applies to integrating and non-integrating UTD processes of any order and does not necessitate model order reduction or delay approximation.

Transcription factors (TFs) play a pivotal role in orchestrating critical intricate patterns of gene regulation. Although gene expression is complex, differential expression of hundreds of genes is often due to regulation by just a handful of TFs. Despite extensive efforts to elucidate TF-target regulatory relationships in Caenorhabditis elegans, existing experimental datasets cover distinct subsets of TFs and leave data integration challenging.

Fishing is a popular recreational activity worldwide, but complications arise when fishhooks become embedded in the skin. Barbed hooks, due to their design, are particularly challenging to remove. While many individuals attempt self-extraction, some present to emergency departments for medical intervention.

In situ and (scanning) transmission electron microscopy [(S)TEM] is a powerful characterization technique that uses imaging, diffraction, and spectroscopy to gain nano-to-atomic scale insights into the structure-property relationships in materials. This technique is both customizable and complex because many factors impact the ability to collect structural, compositional, and bonding information from a sample during environmental exposure or under application of an external stimulus. In the past two decades, in situ and (S)TEM methods have diversified and grown to encompass additional capabilities, higher degrees of precision, dynamic tracking abilities, enhanced reproducibility, and improved analytical tools.
