This study reviews and categorises ports' technical and operational measures to reduce greenhouse gas emission and improve energy efficiency. Through a systematic review, both measures in the portside including land transport, and in the ship-port interface, were identified and structured into 7 main categories and 19 subcategories based on 214 studies. The measures' characteristics, abatement potential, best practices and key issues were clarified. The results show that there is insufficient research on ports in developing countries, as research is centred on developed countries' ports. Furthermore, it is unlikely that any single measure may lead to port decarbonisation owing to varying abatement potential, complexity, and cost. Therefore, assessments of feasibility and effectiveness to identify the best combination of measures are vital steps forward. In addition to the highlighted fertile research areas, the result of measures categorisation is considered a tool for policymakers and a basis for researchers to verify future agendas.

A balanced dielectric resonator filtering power divider with isolation performance is proposed. By using the coupling of the TE111y modes between three rectangle dielectric resonators, combined with balanced feed structures, the differential-mode filtering and power dividing functions, as well as the common-mode suppression were achieved effectively. Additionally, by technically utilizing the hollow structure of the stacked substrates, isolation resistor structures are introduced at the two output ports to improve the isolation level of the power divider.

Background: Inductively coupled wireless coils are increasingly used in MRI due to their cost-effectiveness and simplicity, eliminating the need for expensive components like preamplifiers, baluns, coil plugs, and coil ID circuits. Existing tools for predicting component values and electromagnetic (EM) fields are primarily designed for cylindrical volume coils, making them inadequate for irregular volume-type wireless coils.
Purpose: The aim of this study is to introduce and validate a novel magnetic (H-) field probe-based co-simulation method to accurately predict capacitance values and EM fields for irregular volume-type wireless coils, thereby addressing the limitations of current prediction tools.

Objectives: Teicoplanin is a commonly used antibiotic in critically ill children. However, teicoplanin dosing is often inaccurate, especially in children undergoing continuous kidney replacement therapy (CKRT). This study aims to develop a population pharmacokinetic (PK) model to optimize teicoplanin dosing in critically ill children, including those on CKRT.

Background: We assessed association among household income, overall survival (OS), and cancer-specific survival (CSS) after proctectomy for rectal cancer.
Methods: Population-based cohort study included stage I-III rectal adenocarcinoma patients who underwent proctectomy (2010-2020), subdivided by household income at diagnosis [low (<$50,000), average ($50,000-74,999), above-average (≥$75,000)] and compared.
Results: Of 39,185 patients (59 % male; mean age 60.
