Background: Reconstruction with vascularized fibula grafts (VFG) after intercalary resection of sarcoma may offer longevity by providing early graft-host union and fracture healing. The ability of the fibula to hypertrophy under mechanical stress, as well as vascularized bone in the area, may also be advantageous, given that soft tissues may be compromised because of resection, chemotherapy, or radiation therapy. VFG with a massive allograft combines the primary mechanical stability of the graft with the biological potential of the vascularized fibula; however, complications and the durability of this combined reconstruction are not well described.

Introduction And Importance: Granulomatous Mycobacterium Tuberculosis Infection Causes Secondary Knee Osteoarthritis is still a point of contention in terms of therapy, whether it is done early in the first stage or later in the second stage of knee surgery. Early Total Knee Arthroplasty as a therapy for secondary knee osteoarthritis induced by Granulomatous mycobacterium tuberculosis infection is still performed rarely.
Case Presentation: A case of left pain and swollen knee in males for 8 months.

The DePuy Synthes variable angle LCP Volar RIM Plate has been designed with its contour to overhang volar rim fragments of the distal radius to prevent secondary displacement after fracture fixation. Therefore, RIM potentially contributes to a risk of flexor tendon rupture due to its plate prominence over the watershed line. This is a retrospective cross-sectional study that aims at describing the occurrence of complications by utilizing RIM as well as three standards VLPs to evaluate the impact of plate design on flexor tendons.

Practical Relevance: Periarticular stifle fractures are uncommon but challenging injuries to treat. There may be concurrent damage to the ligaments and stabilising structures of the stifle joint itself, which should also be evaluated (see Part 1 of this article series). Improved knowledge of the fixation options and biomechanical challenges of these injuries will aid clinical decision-making and effective repair.
