This study aimed at investigating the reasons of relapse and patterns of drug use among the substance users in Bangladesh. We have conducted a descriptive type of cross-sectional study among the relapse cases of substances users in the whole of Bangladesh. Concerning the reasons for relapse after taking treatment; family unrest (29.5%), peer pressure (27.4%), to reduce depression (24.8%) and craving for drugs (24.3%) were the most frequent. Amphetamine was reported to be the most used drug (76.1%, n = 693), followed by cannabis (75%, n = 683) and alcohol (54.3%, n= 495). Further extensive studies are also needed to explore the association.

Objectives: Cx bladder monitor (CxM) is a urine test with a proven high sensitivity and negative predictive value in bladder cancer surveillance. The aim of this retrospective study was to report on the outcomes of our newly implemented bladder cancer surveillance program for patients eligible for yearly cystoscopy, as per the European Association of Urology (EAU) guidelines. In this program, eligible patients alternate between yearly surveillance cystoscopy and CxM, instead of the standard yearly surveillance cystoscopy.

Background: The comparative diagnostic performance of Gallium (Ga)-PSMA-11 PET/CT and Ga-PSMA-11 PET/MRI in detecting bone metastases in prostate cancer (PCa) remains unclear.
Purpose: To systematically evaluate the early detection rate of biochemical recurrent (BCR) bone metastasis in PCa utilizing Ga-PSMA-11 PET/CT and Ga-PSMA-11 PET/MRI.
Material And Methods: We searched PubMed, Embase, and Web of Science for relevant articles up to April 2023 and extracted studies that examined the positivity rate of both Ga-PSMA-11 PET/CT and Ga-PSMA-11 PET/MRI in the context of the BCR bone metastasis of PCa patients.

Background: Even though major improvements have been made in the treatment of myeloma, the majority of patients eventually relapse or progress. Patients with multiple myeloma who relapse after initial high-dose chemotherapy with autologous stem cells have a median progression free survival up to 2-3 years, depending on risk factors such as previous remission duration. In recent years, growing evidence has suggested that allogeneic stem cell transplantation could be a promising treatment option for patients with relapsed or progressed multiple myeloma.
