Introduction: Gingival recession (GR) presents a major concern for patients, especially when associated with tooth sensitivity or esthetic concerns.
Case Presentation: This report describes the complete coverage of a Class III GR with the combination of a free subepithelial connective tissue graft and a laterally positioned flap. After treatment for GR of the mandibular right canine with 12 mm of clinical attachment loss, there was complete coverage and an increase in keratinized gingiva.
Conclusion: A promising technique is presented that yielded 100% defect coverage and gingival tissue enhancement.

The majority of viral contigs generated from de novo assembly programs are highly fragmented, presenting significant challenges to downstream analysis and inference. Introduction: In the era of functional intraocular lens (IOL) implantation, it is crucial to investigate the influence of different capsulorhexis sizes (including the diameter of the capsulorhexis, area of the anterior capsule opening, anterior capsule coverage, centration and circularity of the capsulorhexis) on the postoperative outcomes (eg, visual acuity, capsule shrinkage, IOL stability and intraocular pressure) in patients undergoing cataract surgery. This is particularly important in patients with high myopia or diabetes mellitus. The proposed protocol aims to enhance the transparency of our research and offer references for future studies.

Introduction: Human Papillomavirus (HPV) vaccine uptake in the French Caribbean has remained below 25% since introduction in 2007, which is well behind national and international targets. Using a discrete choice experiment (DCE), we explored parental preferences around HPV vaccination and optimized communication content in a sample of parents of middle-school pupils in Guadeloupe.
