To construct a survival prediction signature for prostate cancer (PC) based on the RNA N6-methyladenosine (m6A) methylation regulator. This paper explores the interaction network of differentially expressed m6A RNA methylation regulators in PC by Pearson correlation analysis. Univariate Cox risk regression and LASSO regression analysis were used to construct a predictive signature of PC. Kaplan-Meier survival analysis compared the overall survival of the high- and low-risk groups. We first constructed a prognostic two gene signature for PC based on the m6A RNA methylation regulators and The interaction network of m6A RNA methylation regulators in PC was also established.
