Severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 may affect the cardiovascular system and cause acute cardiac injury. Other authors described cases of myocarditis with reduced systolic function and/or a life-threatening presentation. We describe the clinical course of an unusual presentation with isolated reversible high degree atrioventricular block in a patient with COVID-19. Papillary fibroelastomas (PFEs) followed by cardiac myxomas (CM) are the 2 most common primary benign cardiac tumors. Objectives: Instilling the principles of ethical and responsible medical research is critical for educating the next generation of clinical researchers. We developed a responsible conduct of research (RCR) workshop and associated curriculum for undergraduate trainees in a quantitative clinical research program.
Methods: Topics in this 7-module RCR workshop are relevant to undergraduate trainees in quantitative fields, many of whom are learning about these concepts for the first time.

A 77-year-old man with multiple comorbidities presented with cough, dyspnea and nonspecific malaise. Chest computed tomography revealed a mass in the right lower lobe of the lung, along with an associated hypodense lesion in the left atrium. Echocardiography showed a mobile mass in the left atrium, initially suspected to be a thrombus.
