The "work horse" for the treatment of full-thickness defects of any etiology, including chronic nonhealing wounds and traumatic injuries, is generally autologous split-thickness skin grafts (STSGs), meshed, hand-fenestrated, or a sheet graft. Advancements in skin tissue engineering have allowed for the integration of dermal substitutes to be combined with autologous STSGs, adding valuable options for restoring the skin's complex multilayered structure. Although dermal templates offer a promising avenue for more nuanced reconstruction in certain cases, their application is not without challenges, particularly when they are made from delicate materials.

Background: The use of the cell saver is well-established in open aneurysm repair; however, its role in endovascular repair is yet to be determined. The aim of this study was to analyze the effects of cell saver usage in patients undergoing complex endovascular procedures.
Materials And Methods: Single-center retrospective cohort study, including consecutive patients undergoing fenestrated and/or branched repair for the treatment of thoracoabdominal and complex abdominal aortic aneurysms (CAAAs) between January 2019 and December 2022.

Background: The treatment of lateral epicondylitis remains unsatisfactory in certain cases. The aim of this study is to investigate the efficiency of an ultrasound-guided infiltration combined with fenestration of the extensor tendon postulating a 50% reduction in pain on exertion within 6 months.
Methods: In a prospective, nonrandomized, multicenter study design, 68 patients with chronic lateral epicondylitis and symptoms lasted for at least 6 weeks were included.

Purpose: In eyes with a prior failed aqueous shunt (or "tube") requiring additional intraocular pressure (IOP) control, options include angle surgery, cyclodestruction, second tube, tube revision, or tube exchange. We present a case of a same-quadrant tube exchange of a Baerveldt-250 (BGI-250) to BGI-350.
Observations: The patient is a 71-year-old African American female with severe-stage primary open angle glaucoma of both eyes, and this case focuses on the right eye.
