Testicular follicular lymphoma (TFL) is an exceedingly rare lymphoma that typically occurs in young male patients and is now recognized as a distinct diagnostic entity in the International Consensus Classification. TFL shows some clinicopathologic and genetic overlap with pediatric-type follicular lymphoma (PTFL). The fusion of synthetic aperture radar (SAR) and optical satellite imagery poses significant challenges for ship detection due to the distinct characteristics and noise profiles of each modality. Optical imagery provides high-resolution information but struggles in adverse weather and low-light conditions, reducing its reliability for maritime applications. In contrast, SAR imagery excels in these scenarios but is prone to noise and clutter, complicating vessel detection.

Chronic low back pain (cLBP) lacks clear physiological explanations, and the treatment options are of limited effect. We aimed to elucidate the underlying biology of cLBP in a subgroup of patients with Modic changes type I (suggestive of inflammatory vertebral bone marrow lesions) by correlating gene expression in blood with patient-reported outcomes on disability and pain intensity and explore sex differences. Patients were included from the placebo group of a clinical study on patients with cLBP and Modic changes.

Sarcoidosis and lymphoma share immunopathological characteristics that suggest a complex, interconnected relationship. This article examines the multi-faceted mechanisms linking sarcoidosis to lymphoma, a phenomenon called sarcoidosis-lymphoma syndrome (SLS). SLS is hard to diagnose, requiring distinct criteria and imaging to differentiate overlapping features and histological differences.
