, commonly known as , is a critical zoonotic pathogen that significantly reduces milk yield and product quality and poses a significant risk to public health. Although is increasingly recognised as a principal agent causing milkborne infections, research dedicated to this pathogen in dairy cattle has been less extensive than that of other pathogens. This study aimed to examine the antibiotic resistance profiles of derived from dairy cows and assess its pathogenicity using validated in vivo models.

Background: Fasciolosis is a prevalent disease that significantly impairs the health and productivity of cattle and causes significant economic damage. Beyond the individually available studies with varying prevalence rates, there are no pooled national prevalence studies on bovine fasciolosis. Therefore, the current study aims to determine the pooled prevalence and economic significance of fasciolosis among cattle in Ethiopia.

The efficient activation and conversion of dinitrogen (N) represent a significant challenge in sustainable chemistry, offering potential pathways for synthesizing valuable nitrogen-containing compounds while reducing the environmental impact of traditional nitrogen fixation processes. While transition metal catalysts have been extensively studied for this purpose, actinide complexes have been less explored but have recently emerged as promising candidates due to their unique electronic properties and reactivity. This Perspective systematically examines the recent advances in N activation and conversion mediated by actinide complexes, with a particular focus on their synthesis, mechanistic insights, and catalytic capabilities.

Purpose: This study aimed to examine the impact of APS on acute kidney injury induced by rhabdomyolysis (RIAKI), exploring its association with macrophage M1 polarization and elucidating the underlying mechanisms.
Methods: C57BL/6J mice were randomly assigned to one of three groups: a normal control group, a RIAKI model group, and an APS treatment group. Techniques such as flow cytometry and immunofluorescence were employed to demonstrate that APS can inhibit the transition of renal macrophages to the M1 phenotype in RIAKI.

Objective: This study examines the relationship between maternal psychological aggression (PA) and preschoolers' problem behaviors (PB), focusing on the mediating roles of psychological resilience (PR) and self-control (SC), and gender differences.
Methods: Mothers of 1141 preschoolers (52.9% boys, 47.
