Endometriosis remains a significant challenge for reproductive-aged women and is frequently associated with infertility. Although in vitro fertilization (IVF) is used to address infertility in women with endometriosis, its effectiveness in this context is still debated, particularly in developing countries such as Indonesia, where IVF remains a major challenge. The aim of this study was to investigate the success rates of early stages of IVF in women with and without endometriosis.

Endometriosis is a gynecological disorder characterized by chronic inflammation, anatomical changes, prolonged pain, and infertility. On the other hand, is recognized for its pharmacological effects, which might be beneficial in managing endometriosis. The aim of the study was to investigate the pharmacological effects of as a potential therapy for endometriosis by using an animal model.

Background: Women with endometriosis are more likely to have migraine. The mechanisms underlying this co-morbidity are unknown. Prolactin, a neurohormone secreted and released into circulation from the anterior pituitary, can sensitize sensory neurons from female, but not male, rodents, monkeys and human donors.

Primary clear cell adenocarcinoma (CCA) of the urinary bladder is a rare and aggressive malignancy. Few reports in the literature describe this presentation, as associated with malignant transformation of endometriosis. This case highlights the complex etiology of this variant of CCA, initially diagnosed using comprehensive imaging and genetic analysis, and subsequently confirmed through extensive surgical intervention and chemotherapy.

Müllerianosis of the urinary bladder is a rare pathological condition involving ectopic Müllerian-derived tissues within the bladder. Despite its benign nature, due to its ability to mimic malignant conditions such as bladder carcinoma, diagnosis might be challenging. In this review, data from 36 cases across 32 studies were analyzed, focusing on patient demographics, symptomatology, diagnostic imaging, and histopathological features.
