This data article reports supplementary input and output data related to the research article "Environmental performance analysis of a dual-source heat pump system" on the life cycle assessment evaluation of an heat pump prototype, able to use alternatively the air and the ground as external heat sources. Primarily, the present article shows the life cycle inventory input data of the system under study and of the conventional air and ground heat pump systems, which were used for comparison. Secondly, complete numerical results are exposed, which are showed only graphically and in an aggregated form in the main article. Data include normalised and unaggregated environmental impacts of each investigated life cycle phase. The article also reports the complete results of the sensitivity analysis conducted using different assumptions on the energy mix and on the energy use.

As a promising candidate for tackling drug-resistant cancers, triptolide, a diterpenoid derived from the Chinese medicinal plant Tripterygium wilfordii, has been developed. This review summarizes potential antitumor activities, including the suppression of RNA polymerase II, the suppression of heat shock proteins (HSP70 and HSP90), and the blockade of NF-kB signalling. Triptolide is the first known compound to target cancer cells specifically but spare normal cells, and it has success in treating cancers that are difficult to treat, including pancreatic, breast, and lung cancers.

Heat pump drying technology based on sewage heat source is an eco-friendly sludge drying method. It can effectively reduce the pollution of natural water bodies by waste heat while reducing energy consumption. However, the drying characteristics of sludge in this case remain unclear.

In the efforts to decarbonise the heat sector, heat pumps can offer a cost-effective transition away from fossil fuels. Water Source Heat Pumps (WSHP) can be utilised in cases where ambient water sources (river, ground water, abandoned mines water) are present. However, the economic benefits of different levels of heat pump centralisation as well as their comparative advantages over other decentralised options such as individual Air Source Heat Pumps (ASHP) or Gas Boilers (GB) remain uncertain and further investigations are necessary to fully assess their potential.

Background: Non-erosive reflux disease (NERD), the most frequent phenotype of gastroesophageal reflux disease, presents without visible esophageal mucosal damage but significantly impacts patients' quality of life. Current treatments like proton pump inhibitors show limited efficacy for many NERD patients, necessitating alternative approaches. Jianpi Qinghua (JQ) granules, a traditional Chinese medicine, have shown promise in treating NERD by targeting symptoms of spleen deficiency and damp-heat syndrome.

Herein, we investigated the carrier-phonon relaxation process in a two-dimensional (2D) BAPbBr perovskite and its heterostructure with MoS. Energy transfer was observed in the van der Waals heterostructure of 2D perovskite and monolayer MoS, leading to enhancement in the photoluminescence intensity of MoS. Femtosecond pump-probe spectroscopy was used to study the carrier and lattice dynamics of pristine 2D materials and their heterostructure.
