Objective: Nuclear protein in testis (NUT) carcinoma is characterized by NUT gene rearrangement on chromosome 15. The objective of this study was to investigate the clinical features, immunohistochemistry, treatment, diagnosis and prognosis of sinonasal NUT carcinoma specifically.
Methods: Clinical data for 10 cases of NUT cancer confirmed by pathology were retrospectively analyzed, and the relevant literature was reviewed.

Neuroinflammation and neurodegeneration are hallmarks of multiple sclerosis (MS). Bromodomain-containing protein 4 (BRD4), a bromodomain and extra-terminal domain (BET) protein family member, is indispensable for the transcription of pro-inflammatory genes. Therefore, inhibiting BRD4 may be a prospective therapeutic approach for modulating the inflammatory response and regulating the course of MS.

The curative benefits of autologous and allogeneic transplantation of hematopoietic stem cells (HSCs) have been proven in various diseases. However, the low number of true HSCs that can be collected from patients and the subsequent in vitro maintenance and expansion of true HSCs for genetic correction remains challenging. Addressing this issue, we here focused on optimizing culture conditions to improve ex vivo expansion of true HSCs for gene therapy purposes.

Alchemical transformations can be used to quantitatively estimate absolute binding free energies at a reasonable computational cost. However, most of the approaches currently in use require knowledge of the correct (crystallographic) pose. In this paper, we present a combined Hamiltonian replica exchange nonequilibrium alchemical method that allows us to reliably calculate absolute binding free energies, even when starting from suboptimal initial binding poses.

Purpose: Adverse clinical events cause significant morbidity in patients with GBM (GBM). We examined whether genomic alterations were associated with AE (AE) in patients with GBM.
Experimental Design: We identified adults with histologically confirmed IDH-wild-type GBM with targeted next-generation sequencing (OncoPanel) at Dana Farber Cancer Institute from 2013 to 2019.
