Background: Chronic mandibular hypomobility is characterized by a long-standing limitation of the mouth opening related to multiple etiologies, including elongation of the coronoid apophysis. Unlike the most frequent pathologies that cause coronoid elongation, such as hyperplasia, osteoma (OM), and osteochondroma (OC), the accessory mandibular condyle (AMC) is a rare entity. : The AMC shows a configuration similar to a normal mandibular condyle with an articular surface covered by fibrocartilage that articulates with the temporal wall of the zygomatic bone, and histologically, does not show neoplastic growth. The patient was treated with a coronoidectomy, removing the coronoid apophysis as well as the AMC.
Clinical Relevance: This case report presents a case of an AMC to describe the clinical, imaging, surgical, and histological characteristics, establishing its differential diagnosis with hyperplasia, OM, and OC of the coronoid apophysis.

Fractures of the coronoid process are the rarest mandibular fractures and are mostly associated with other maxillofacial fractures. They are most often encountered in trauma. The CT-scanner is the gold standard for locating and characterizing this lesion.

Background: The incidence of throwing-related elbow injuries is still rising. The study aimed to enhance the pathology of acute medial elbow injuries among young Little Leaguers by examining the medial elbows of symptomatic 9-10 years old Little Leaguers using High-Definition Magnetic Resonance Images (HDMRI), which uses a small-diameter surface coil on the target area, leading to greater image resolution.
Method: We identified Little Leaguers aged 9-10 years old.

Stress fractures of the upper limb affect athletes from a wide range of sports. Athletes involved in throwing sports are particularly susceptible along with athletes from sports involving high repetitive and compressive loads such as gymnastics. Diagnosis can be made from clinical history, examination and radiography in some cases however MRI imaging is often required for definitive diagnosis.
