This study reports new evidence that young people in Mainland China are now bicultural. We followed the established method of testing biculturalism by priming participants with images from two different cultures and measuring whether those images activate different thought styles. First, we replicated findings from 25 years ago that college students in Hong Kong are bicultural (Study 1).

Hyaluronic acid filler treatment is increasingly prevalent in the realm of plastic surgery, serving to correct a range of facial changes resulting from aging. Nevertheless, with its expanded application, an uptick in complications has been observed. This article reported a 30-year-old female patient who received chin hyaluronic acid filler treatment 5 years ago started experiencing atrophy and progressive deterioration at the injection site a year ago.

The term "gossypiboma" or "textiloma" is used to describe a mass of retained cotton matrix and the surrounding inflammatory response inside a body cavity following surgical intervention. The precise incidence of this phenomenon is uncertain, as cases are frequently underreported due to concerns related to medical malpractice. This rare complication poses a diagnostic dilemma due to the non-specific clinical and radiological features, which can result in significant morbidity and mortality.
