Background: This is a multicentre, European, prospective trial evaluating the diagnostic accuracy of One Step Nucleic Acid Amplification (OSNA) compared to sentinel lymph nodes histopathological ultrastaging in endometrial cancer patients.
Methods: Centres with expertise in sentinel lymph node mapping in endometrial cancer patients in Europe will be invited to participate in the study. Participating units will be trained on the correct usage of the OSNA RD-210 analyser and nucleic acid amplification reagent kit LYNOAMP CK19 E for rapid detection of metastatic nodal involvement, based on the cytokeratin 19 (CK19) mRNA detection.

Purpose: The sphingosine-1-phosphate receptor-1 (S1PR) is involved in regulating responses to neuroimmune stimuli. There is a need for S1PR-specific radioligands with clinically suitable brain pharmcokinetic properties to complement existing radiotracers. This work evaluated a promising S1PR radiotracer, [F]TZ4877, in nonhuman primates.

Background: The pelvis is one of the most common areas for metastatic bone disease. We recently described the use of a minimally invasive percutaneous screw fixation of metastatic non-periacetabular pelvic lesions, with excellent results.
Description: The procedure can be completed in a standard operating theater without the need for special instruments.

Background: Sleep disturbances are a major public health concern in the United States, leading to adverse health outcomes. In the working population, job strain has been identified as an important risk factor for sleep disturbances, but evidence from the United States remained limited. This study aimed to examine longitudinal associations between job strain and sleep disturbances in the United States, with a focus on the alternative formulations of job strain.

Detecting alterations in plasmid structures is often performed using conventional molecular biology. However, these methods are laborious and time-consuming for studying the conditions inducing these mutations, which prevent real-time access to cell heterogeneity during bioproduction. In this work, we propose combining both flow cytometry and fluorescence-activated cell sorting, integrated with mechanistic modelling to study conditions that lead to plasmid recombination using a limonene-producing microbial system as a case study.
