In general, small-mid size research laboratories struggle with managing clinical and secondary datasets. In addition, faster dissemination, correlation and prediction of information from available datasets is always a bottleneck. To address these challenges, we have developed a novel approach, Document Oriented Graphical Analysis and Prediction (DO-GAP), a hybrid tool, merging strengths of Not only SQL (NoSQL) document oriented and graph databases. DO-GAP provides flexible and simple data integration mechanism using document database, data visualization and knowledge discovery with graph database. We demonstrate how the proposed tool (DO-GAP) can integrate data from heterogeneous sources such as Genomic lab findings, clinical data from Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and provide simple querying mechanism. Application of DO-GAP can be extended to other diverse clinical studies such as supporting or identifying weakness of clinical diagnosis in comparison to molecular genetic analysis.

This study investigates the growth and calcification of the appendicular skeleton in Raja asterias (Delaroche, 1809), a member of the Batoidea, to explore the relationship between histomorphology and the mechanics of batoid locomotion within the water column. Although much prior research has focused on the "tessellated pattern" in these fishes, the variable structure of the appendicular skeleton provides fresh insights into the understudied interplay between skeletal histomorphology and the mechanical functions of Batoidea fins. The shape and initial growth of fin cartilage are influenced by the orientation of chondrocyte mitoses prior to mineral deposition, with subsequent calcification playing a pivotal role in shaping skeletal architecture.

Introduction And Importance: Situs inversus is an anatomical rare condition in which visceral organs are not located in its normal position, with a reversal anatomical orientation.
Case Presentation: We present a case of an 27-year-old male with a Body Mass Index (BMI) of 36.02 Kg/m2, who was programed for a Endoscopic Sleeve Gastroplasty (ESG), in which Situs inversus was documented.

Some Latine youth from rural migrant farmworker communities engage in farmwork to help support themselves and their families. Although research has documented their motives for working and some characteristics of their employment, knowledge about how these youth construct their work in the fields and how such experiences relate to their positive development is needed to depict their holistic experiences. Using mixed methods, we explored youth's farmwork experiences and examined how these experiences relate to youth's prosocial behaviors, civic responsibility, and ego-resiliency.

Background: Ensuring child health, as a key objective of global childcare policies, requires coordinated efforts between the government, social organizations and communities, institutions, and families. Despite China's progress in comprehensive childcare policy development, rapid economic growth, and urbanization, challenges persist, such as urban-rural disparities and unequal resource distribution, highlighting the need for effective collaboration between policy actors.
Methods: To collect textual data, this study searched for prefectural-level childcare policy texts issued since 2019 on government websites and legal databases, ultimately identifying 224 documents for analysis.

Background And Objective: The study examines the relationship between ocular rotations and cardiovascular functions through detailed biomechanical analysis. The study documents specific patterns of ocular movements and their synchronization with cardiovascular activity, highlighting significant correlations. These findings provide a basis for understanding the opto-biomechanical interplay between ocular and cardiovascular dynamics.
