Introduction And Importance: Polymorphous low-grade adenocarcinoma (PLGA) is a rare neoplasm arising from minor salivary glands, representing approximately 3 % of head and neck tumors. The clinical presentation of PLGA is defined as a painless, slow-growing tumor, mostly occurring in the palate. We report a case of PLGA with a rare presentation.

Nodular fasciitis (NF) is a benign, self-limiting condition that is often misdiagnosed due to its resemblance to other lesions. Although NF is common, its occurrence in the oral cavity is rare and particularly challenging for both clinicians and pathologists. To date, no case has been reported in the retromolar area of the oral cavity.

Pleomorphic adenoma is a benign tumour with variable cytomorphological and architectural elements. It is the most common salivary gland tumour in children and adults. We report a case of a 32-year-old Malay woman who presented with a slow-growing, painless, firm, and mobile nodule of 1 cm x 1 cm in size at the angle of her mandible on the right side which could be palpated bimanually.

Introduction: Fibrolipoma is a less frequent variant of lipoma, it is rarely reported in the oral cavity, especially in the tongue. This study aims to report a very rare case of tongue fibrolipoma.
Case Report: A 53-year-old female presented with a painless mass at the anterior part of the tongue.

Background: the solitary plasmacytomas entities characterized by the neoplastic proliferation of a single clone of plasma cells, typically producing a monoclonal immunoglobulin. It represents less than 5% of plasma cell dyscrasias. The most common sites of solitary plasmacytomas are long bones.
