Background: To characterize the retreatment course of patients with thyroid eye disease (TED), who had reactivation after initial therapy with teprotumumab.
Methods: This was a single-center longitudinal cohort study of patients who received an initial course of teprotumumab for active TED and were followed for at least 6 months. Reactivation was defined as the increase of proptosis of 2 mm or more or an increase in Clinical Activity Score (CAS) of two points or more, as adapted from the Optic-X study.

Background: While immune checkpoint inhibitor (ICI) therapies can significantly improve outcomes for patients with recurrent/metastatic head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (RM-HNSCC), only about 15-20% benefit from such treatments. Clinical tests that guide the use of ICIs are therefore critically needed. OncoPrism-HNSCC was developed to address this need.

Sphingosine kinases (SPHKs) are essential enzymes that catalyze the phosphorylation of sphingosine to produce sphingosine-1-phosphate (S1P), which plays pivotal roles in inflammation and immune regulation. In this study, genome-wide association analysis (GWAS) identified the gene as closely associated with the resistance of yellow drum () to . Structural prediction showed that YDSPHK1 contains a typical diacylglycerol kinase catalytic (DAGKc) domain (154-291 aa).

The leading cause of death for people with peripheral artery disease (PAD) is major adverse cardiovascular events (MACE), including heart attacks and strokes. However, research into biomarkers that could help predict MACE in patients with PAD has been limited. Immunomodulatory proteins are known to significantly influence systemic atherosclerosis, suggesting they could be useful prognostic indicators for MACE in patients with PAD.
