Although patients on long-term hemodialysis frequently develop renal cell carcinoma, mucinous tubular and spindle cell carcinoma (MTSCC) is rare in incidence. Here, we report a case of MTSCC occurring in a patient under hemodialysis. The patient was a 72-year-old man with end stage renal failure due to diabetic nephropathy.
