Background: The factors influencing nurses' knowledge of delirium in acute care settings have not been fully investigated in Saudi Arabia. Therefore, this study aimed to investigate these factors among nurses in acute care settings in the northern region of Saudi Arabia.
Methodology: A cross-sectional study was conducted using a convenience sample of 234 acute care nurses at the main public hospitals in the Hail region of Saudi Arabia.

Introduction: Foot strike pattern is often associated with running related injury and the focus of training and rehabilitation for athletes. The ability to modify foot strike pattern depends on awareness of foot strike pattern before being able to attempt change the pattern. Accurate foot strike pattern detection may help prevent running related injury (RRI) and facilitate gait modifications and shoe transitions.

Objective: This study examined the longitudinal development of metacognitive skills and clinical decision-making abilities in nursing students, focusing on the interactions between metacognitive processes, situational factors, and individual differences.
Methods: A longitudinal, quantitative design was employed, following 185 third-year nursing students from a major university in China over one academic year. Data were collected at six time points using the Metacognitive Awareness Inventory, Nursing Decision-Making Instrument, and custom-designed clinical scenario assessments.
Research on the links between intimate relationships and PTSD and the treatments for PTSD tend to be limited to couples in which only one partner within the dyad has PTSD. No investigations, to our knowledge, have empirically examined the simultaneous provision of evidence-based PTSD treatment to both partners in an intimate relationship diagnosed with PTSD. The current case study describes two partners in a different-sex relationship, both diagnosed with current PTSD, who received individual Prolonged Exposure (PE) therapy at the same time as part of a larger randomized clinical trial.
