Accurate, rapid, and multiplex SNP analysis holds significant clinical value. However, the inevitable nucleic acid extraction, involving centrifugation, heating, and magnetic separation, is often time-consuming. In this study, direct blood PCR was combined with dual-labelled probe-mediated melting curves to identify SNPs corresponding to MTHFR (C677T, rs#1801133 and A1298C, rs#1801131) and MTRR (A66G, rs#1801394) in a single tube.

Herein, we propose a new GaN/MoSiP van der Waals (vdWs) heterostructure constructed by vertically stacking GaN and MoSiP monolayers. Its electronic, optical, and photocatalytic properties are explored DFT++BSE calculations. The calculated binding energy and phonon spectrum demonstrated the material's high stabilities.

Introduction: Numerous anatomical theories have been developed to explain women stress urinary incontinence (SUI) and improve its management. The transperineal ultrasound is an efficient and non-invasive exam that perfectly studies the bladder neck movement and the urethral anatomy.
