This study aimed to investigate the resilience, stress levels, coping styles, and the impact of related factors among nurses working in primary healthcare during the COVID-19 pandemic. Designed as a cross-sectional study, the research included 86 volunteer nurses employed in primary healthcare institutions in Bitlis provincial center and its districts in Turkey. Data were collected between March and June 2022 using a sociodemographic information form, the Resilience Scale for Adults, and the Ways of Coping Questionnaire.

Background: Demoralization is a complex construct comprising of several clinical phenomena that has gained increasing interest in clinical practice and research; however, the concept needs to be sufficiently specified and clearly described. A concept analysis of demoralization is necessary to integrate previous research findings and establish the scientific foundation for future intervention research.
Aim: To analyze the concept of demoralization in terms of its antecedents, attributes, consequences, and empirical referents in health.

Background: In Chinese higher vocational colleges, students often underperform academically and experience burnout from studying. Developing learning self-efficacy may directly and indirectly address these challenges, and differences in learning self-efficacy between male and female students may have varying effects on their burnout.
Aims: We examined the mediating relationships between learning self-efficacy, learned helplessness and learning burnout among Chinese higher vocational college students, as well as the gender-related differences in these relationships.
