When should doctors nudge their patients towards the treatments they think are best? If the nudge is compatible with the patient giving informed consent, then the nudge could be permissible. To be compatible with informed consent, the nudge must, at minimum: (1) not make the patient's understanding worse and (2) not make it hard for the patient to resist consenting. Arguably, many nudges will meet these criteria.

Background: The use of nursing evidence-based practice (EBP) has grown more and more important for healthcare professionals globally in their goal of delivering high-quality patient care.
Objective: The aim of this study is to assess barriers to implementing EBP among Palestinian nurses at the Palestinian Medical Complex (PMC).
Methods: The study was carried out at the PMC over the course of a month and employed a cross-sectional descriptive approach.

Background: Infection with Adenovirus in children may clinically resemble a bacterial infection in several aspects, including high and prolonged fever, and increased inflammation markers. We aimed to estimate the rate of antibiotics administration among hospitalized infants with Adenovirus infection and to evaluate its justification.
Methods: Included were hospitalized patients aged 2 months - 2 years who found positive for Adenovirus in PCR tests (Ct <36).

Introduction: This study aimed to outline the perspectives of obstetricians/gynecologists (physicians) and midwives regarding the alarmingly high rates of cesarean sections (CSs) to identify areas for improvement and describe the role of a regional obstetric quality initiative.
Material And Methods: A cross-sectional study was performed utilizing real-world data from questionaries provided to Greek midwives and obstetricians. Primary outcomes included the attitudes of Greek physicians and midwives toward the CS rates in Greece and around the world, as well as identifying potential solutions for lowering these rates.
