Objectives: To characterize the frequency and clinicoradiologic phenotype of cerebellar involvement in attacks of aquaporin-4-IgG positive neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorder (AQP4+NMOSD) which are incompletely captured in current diagnostic criteria.
Methods: Brain MRI scans from patients with AQP4+NMOSD in the Mayo Clinic database were reviewed, and those with cerebellar T2-hyperintense lesions ≤30 days from attack onset were included for clinical and radiologic characterization.
Results: From 432 patients with AQP4+NMOSD, we identified 17 (4%) with cerebellar attacks.

The left main coronary artery (LMCA) supplies over 70% of the myocardium, and significant LMCA disease is associated with high morbidity and mortality. With remarkable advances in percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI), including stent technology, antithrombotic agents, and evolving procedural techniques, PCI has become an important treatment option in clinical practice guidelines for the revascularization of LMCA disease. In contemporary clinical practice, a heart-team approach to shared decision-making, considering clinical/anatomic factors along with patient preferences, is emphasized for patients with significant LMCA disease requiring myocardial revascularization.

Objective: This study aimed to evaluate the diagnostic accuracy of dried blood spot (DBS) compared with conventional serum Aquaporin-4-IgG (AQP4-IgG) testing.
Methods: Prospective multicenter diagnostic study was conducted between April 2018 and October 2023 across medical centers in the United States, Uganda, and the Republic of Guinea. Neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorder (NMOSD) patients and controls collected blood on filter paper cards along with concurrent serum samples.

Introduction: Chronic Pancreatitis Prognosis Score (COPPS) was developed to discriminate disease severity and predict risk for future hospitalizations. In this cohort study, we evaluated if COPPS predicts the likelihood of hospitalization(s) in an American cohort.
Methods: The Chronic Pancreatitis, Diabetes, and Pancreatic Cancer consortium provided data and serum from subjects with chronic pancreatitis (N = 279).
