Materials And Methods: A total of 19 patients who were admitted to the emergency department with the diagnosis of anterior shoulder dislocation participated in this study. The diagnosis of shoulder dislocation was established in the emergency department with physical examination and anteroposterior shoulder radiography. The method was applied only once to the patients in the sitting position by the same physician without using any help, traction, anesthesia, analgesia, and myorelaxant.
Results: The mean age of the patients was 37.3 ± 13.1 years. Among them, 36.8% (=7) were female and 63.2% (=12) were male. Recurrent dislocations were observed in 21.1% (=4) of the patients. The success rate of the method was 94.7% (=18). No complication was noted in the patients. The mean procedure time was 243 ± 38 seconds.
Conclusion: Prakash's method is a safe method for anterior shoulder dislocations that can be quickly performed with no need for sedation, assistance, and traction and has a high success rate.

Background: Acute-on-chronic liver failure (ACLF) is a life threatening disease. This study seeks to identify factors that contribute to greater financial burden in ACLF.
Methods: In total, 55 patients were included.

Background: Nucleoside-modified mRNA encapsulated in lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) have emerged as a promising vaccine strategy, especially for COVID-19. While the LNPs protect mRNA from degradation and efficiently deliver the mRNA to antigen-presenting cells, the effect of lipid composition on the immunogenicity and protective efficacy of mRNA/LNP vaccines is not well characterized. Studies on using the mRNA/LNP platform for vaccines have largely focused on the nucleic acid cargo with less attention paid to the LNP vehicle.

Objective(s): We conduct a comparative study that employs the use of multiple dynamic deep learning algorithms to develop predictive models with video-based echocardiographic images using sample size determination as a key variable to assess optimal performance metrics.
Methods: Our study compares performance of 3D convolutional neural networks, video vision transformers, and hybrid convolutional neural networks and Long Short-Term Memory models within both supervised and semi-supervised domains using variable sample sizes.
Results: For supervised learning, the ResNet3D model achieved the lowest Mean Absolute Error (MAE) and Root Mean Square Error (RMSE) across all training set sizes (200, 400, and 800-video datasets), with the best performance observed on the 800-video training set (MAE: 7.

The seagrass ecosystem supports a diverse range of marine life, including fish, crabs, and seahorses. It plays a vital role in providing essential services such as habitat creation, nutrient cycling, and shoreline stabilization. In the present study, we conducted line intercept transects to assess the abundance of Pinna shells in seagrass meadows of the Sangumal region in the Palk Bay, India.
