Purpose: To investigate the impact of clinical and socio-economic factors on glycaemic control and construct statistical models to predict optimal glycaemic control (OGC) after implementing intermittently scanned continuous glucose monitoring (isCGM) systems.
Methods: This retrospective study included 1072 type 1 diabetes patients (49.0% female) from three centres using isCGM systems.

Background: In the United States, human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccination among 27- to 45-y-olds (mid-adults) is recommended based on shared clinical decision making with a health care provider. We developed a patient decision aid tool to support the implementation of this mid-adult HPV vaccination guideline. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of a patient decision aid tool for HPV vaccination, HPV DECIDE, compared with an information fact sheet among mid-adults who have not received the HPV vaccine.

Tea leaf diseases are significant causes of reduced quality and yield in tea production. In the Yunnan region, where the climate is suitable for tea cultivation, tea leaf diseases are small, scattered, and vary in scale, making their detection challenging due to complex backgrounds and issues such as occlusion, overlap, and lighting variations. Existing object detection models often struggle to achieve high accuracy in detecting tea leaf diseases.

Background: The possible nonlinear association with therapeutic outcomes in ulcerative colitis may contribute to the inconclusive cutoff values of fecal calprotectin (FC). We aimed to explore the nonlinear association between FC levels and long-term therapeutic outcomes in patients with ulcerative colitis and establish a clinically applicable FC index.
Methods: We included patients treated with vedolizumab or adalimumab from the VARSITY (n=661) and GEMINI 1 (n=620) studies as discovery and validation cohorts, respectively.
